Dr Jacoline Jordaan studied at the School of Medicine at the University of the Free State where she concluded her MBChB in 2007. She then worked as intern doctor in 2008/2009 at Klerksdorp-Tshepong Hospital complex where she also completed her community service year in 2010. In 2010 she gained 6 months Anaesthesia experience and 6 months Internal Medicine experience. Jacoline also completed her Diploma in Anaesthesia at the College of Medicine South Africa in August 2010. In 2011 and 2012 she worked as a medical officer in ICU Livingstone Hospital and Oncology PE Provincial Hospital. She enrolled for the MMed and FC Radiation Oncology degree at the University of the Free State in 2013. She completed and passed her FC Rad Onc (SA) part two in October 2016 and completed her MMed in December 2016. She currently practises at the ABJ Oncology Centre in Benoni Gauteng, where she works as a Clinical Oncologist. She specializes in chemotherapy and radiation of solid tumours. Her special interests are breast carcinoma gynaecological carcinomas, melanoma and colon cancer. Jacoline is also a member of the ERMSOB Specialist Forum.
