Dr Lindsay Anderson obtained her MBChB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2008. She spent the next 3 years in Pietermaritzburg completing her internship and community service. In 2012 she moved back to Pretoria and became a Medical Officer in the Department of Medical Oncology at Steve Biko Academic Hospital. She was a sub-investigator on numerous international drug trials and attended several investigator meetings overseas.

In 2015, Dr Anderson started specialising and in 2019 she graduated as a Clinical & Radiation Oncologist. In the same year she obtained a Master’s Degree (MMed) for her research on prostate cancer. She spent the next 2.5 years working as a Consultant in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Steve Biko Academic Hospital and held a joint appointment as a lecturer at the University of Pretoria. She was co-chair of the Gynae-oncology and Colorectal multidisciplinary team meetings during this time.

Dr Anderson joined ABJ in October 2022 and strives to offer exemplary care to her patients.
